Who can I contact with further questions?

You can easily contact us via email to info@crackerjackaffiliates.com for any questions prior to registering with us. Once you are registered you will have a dedicated account manager who you can contact directly from within Support tab when you are logged in to your account, and via email or Skype.

What are the support working hours?

Our office hours are Monday through to Friday, from 08:00 CET until 20:00 CET.

Are there any player restricted countries?

Under our Anjouan license, we have several restricted countries from which we cannot accept players. The list changes reglarly, please contact us to discuss.

How often are stats updated?

We update our stats every 3 hours.

What happens if my monthly balance ends in the negative?

Sometimes if your customers are winning, you can end up with a negative balance on your net revenue at the end of the month. Don’t worry! We do not carry over a negative balance to the following month and neither do we charge a negative commission! However, we do have a High Roller Policy, please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.

Payment

When do I get paid, and what is the minimum value?

We transfer all payments to our affiliates by the 15th of every month for the commission earned between the first and the last day of the previous calendar month. The payment should arrive automatically in your account according to your chosen payment method. If the amount due is less than the payment threshold of 100 EUR then payment will not be processed until the total due is equal to or exceeds the threshold.

For how long do I receive a share of the revenues?

We operate on a Lifetime Revenue basis, meaning that your revenue share will be paid for the lifetime of your players. You will earn commission for as long as your referred players are active on our brands.

What payment methods do you offer?

We support various payment methods for affiliates, namely: Neteller, Skrill (Formerly known as Moneybookers), Bank Wire Transfer, and crypto. If you have a preferred method outside these, please get in touch with us.

Technical

How do you keep track of the customers I refer?

Once your application is approved, you can log into our affiliate platform where you will have access to our marketing materials such as banners, text links, etc. All of this material will have a tracking code connected to your affiliate account. With this code, we are able to keep track of all the registrations and revenue from traffic you have referred.

How long does the tracking cookie last for?

When you refer a visitor to our site we place a 180-day cookie in their browser. So if a customer comes from your site to ours, and then comes back up to six months later, you will still be credited for the referral. Note that we operate a last-in/first-out policy, this means that if two or more sites refer the same customer, then the most recent site receives the credit for the referral.

Can I track statistics remotely using server side pixel tracking?

Yes, please contact your dedicated account manager and provide them with your tracking code. It is possible to track the following events: Visit, Successful Registration, Registration Validation and First Deposit.

How can I request a special banner for my site?

If you wish us to create a special banner to specially fit your site, all you have to do is send us the following details: file format, pixel size, desired language, promotion type and specific text. We will create the banner according to your specifications and send it to you.

Can I have a dedicated landing page for my traffic?

Yes, please contact your dedicated account manager to discuss options available.
